Apex provides sourcing tools, wholesale supplier resources, curated vendor leads, research materials, and related member content intended to support reseller businesses.
2. Subscription Terms
Apex Membership is offered as a recurring subscription priced at $39.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Apex only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, marketplace policies, and third-party platform rules. You are responsible for how you use sourcing information, supplier contacts, and business decisions made through the service.
4. No Guarantee of Earnings or Results
Apex does not guarantee sales, profits, supplier approval, account performance, or any specific business result. Your outcomes depend on your own decisions, execution, market conditions, and third-party factors outside our control.
5. Intellectual Property
All Apex content, including site copy, supplier resources, research materials, tools, branding, and membership materials, is owned by Apex or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, or publicly share Apex content without written permission.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time from the billing section of your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after canceling. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data arising from or related to your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
