3. Third-Party Processors
We use Square as our primary payment processor for checkout and subscription billing. Square collects and processes payment information according to its own privacy practices. Apex may also maintain additional billing providers in backend or transitional workflows, but customer-facing checkout currently runs through Square. Apex does not sell personal data.
4. Data Sharing and Sales
Apex does not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers when necessary to operate the business, process payments, or respond to customer support inquiries.
5. User Rights
