Apex offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of Apex Membership.
Apex Membership is a digital subscription service. No physical goods are shipped, and access is provided immediately after successful checkout.
- Refund requests must be submitted to support@apexsellertools.app within 7 days of the initial purchase date.
- Recurring monthly charges after the first billing cycle are non-refundable.
- Cancellations can be made at any time from the billing settings in your account and take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time during an active billing cycle.
